Pyrus calleryana 'Bradford', commonly known as the Bradford Pear, is a widely recognized cultivar of the Callery pear. It is particularly noted for its stunning ornamental features, including showy spring blossoms, vibrant fall foliage, and an elegant, symmetrical form. Originally from China and Vietnam, 'Bradford' was one of the first Pyrus calleryana cultivars introduced in the United States and has been extensively planted for its aesthetic appeal in urban and suburban landscapes.
